Group Relations Nederland provides a forum for
learning from current experience about human behaviour and unconscious
processes in groups, systems, organisations and society. By creating bounded
spaces for people to explore their experience of group relations, it allows for
new thoughts, for discoveries to come into view, and to experiment with
transformation.
For this purpose Group Relations Nederland accesses a
frame of reference that has its origins in the work of Bion,
Rice, Miller and others at the Tavistock Institute in
London, and currently being developed into Group Relations, Institutional
Transformation and Socio-Analysis. Applications take place in Latin and North
America, the Caribbean, India, Australia, the Middle East and many countries in
Europe. Also through its institutional relations within the Netherlands and
elsewhere, Group Relations Nederland contributes to the promotion and
continuous innovation of this work.
